During the effort estimation phase, the 2B Consultanting team were able to explain the reasons behind an effort estimation (why it takes 'x' days effort to develop 'y'). This information is very important for 'internal selling' of the project. In most cases the deliverables were delivered in time. The 2B Consultanting team has a good people network within the CRM Community. This network was very useful to solve problems during the development phase. The 2B Consultant coached three of the Phillips developers for one day a week. This required 'task multiplexing' and a lot of flexibility. The coaching was excellent and the team continue to learn.
