During the effort estimation phase, the 2B Consultanting team were able to explain the reasons behind an effort estimation (why it takes 'x' days effort to develop 'y'). This information is very important for 'internal selling' of the project.

The 2B Consultanting team has a good people network within the CRM Community. This network was very useful to solve problems during the development phase.
